Desperation for miracles, healing and solutions to
problems is gradually leading a lot of gullible people
to doing some of the most ridiculous things. What is
more surprising is, those who normally lead people
into these downgrading acts mask themselves as
“men of God.”
The economic situation in the many African countries,
the desperation to get married and have children, the
need for healing and the thirst for quick money have
made people preys of some of these so called pastors.
When it comes to religion, people (especially
Africans), tend to easily discard their rationality. They
would do whatever they are ordered by their pastor no
matter how ridiculous.

1. Fall asleep in the freezer
A South African based pastor has become famous for
his methods of deliverance like asking congregants to
do absurd things like eating grass and hair. Recently,
he is said to have commanded a woman to enter
inside a deep freezer that was on a high freezing point
and ordered her to fall into deep sleep. Thirty minutes
later, he opened the freezer and asked the woman to
come out. When she was asked how she felt, she said
refrigerator was very hot although the fridge was on.
2. Sucking demons out
One Kenyan-based Nigerian pastor, who goes by the
name Pastor Chijioke, admitted that he ‘delivers’
women by sucking their breasts. He said he sucks the
‘demons’ their breasts. Ironically, the name of his
church is ‘Breast and Honey Harvest Church’, which
according to him was chosen because ‘the spirit lies
in the breast of a lady; the more you suck the breast
the more you get the fulfilling of the Lord.” When did
demons start residing in breasts and why is only that
of women?
3. Ditch your bras and pants
A pastor, described only as Rev. Njohi, asked his
female congregants at the Lord’s Propeller
Redemption Church in Dandora to come for Sunday’s
service without any underwear “in order to be closer
to God” and so “God can enter their bodies.” But why
only women though?
4. Get naked for total healing
A young pastor in Pretoria made his congregation
strip during a weeknight service. After they were done
stripping, he sat on top of them and prayed for them.
Now who knew you’d get total healing by getting
naked in church?
5. Strip naked for pastor to plant a holy kiss
Single women of a church in the Caribbean were
reportedly taken to the beach by their pastor. He
asked them to get naked and bend over so he could
plant a “holy kiss” on their butt. This ‘holy kiss’ was
to enable them find their husbands. How gullible can
one be?

small food delivery window to crawl out of his cell.
And he did it naked!
The cameras filmed the whole ordeal. If not for the
CCTV we would have missed so much fun! Obviously,
the guy is a pretty creative criminal. He got bored
sitting in his cell and figured out an easy way of
escape.
Easy indeed for a tall, thin fellow, who is not afraid to
show a little striptease to everyone in the male prison!
The event took place in Russia. The prison star is 25
years old, and his name is Rustam Shakhrutdinov.
All the guards and other prisoners called him a snake
man after his naked escape attempt. It is possible that
this robber had some practice in the past getting into
people’s apartments through narrow windows.
This time, he got almost stuck half way through the
process of escape. That would be a sight to behold for
the guards to find a naked prisoner butt up and half

Ghanaian born basketball player Ben Bentil, has been
drafted into the NBA on Friday night in the United
States of America.
The Providence forward was the 51st pick for Celtics
ahead of the 2016/2017 NBA regular season.
Bentil is reported to have been better than his
teammate Kris Dunn at times last season, averaging
21.1 points and 7.7 rebounds per game. The 21-year-
old scores at all levels of the floor, he is a great ball
handler for his size, and is quite mobile. He really
embodies the qualities teams look for in a modern day
big man, though he needs to refine his game.
Bentil is extremely raw though but he didn’t start
playing basketball until his late teens and has poor
feel for the game. He’ll need to improve his screening,
passing, and decision-making before he can play
consistently.
It’s more realistic for Bentil to be a contributor to the
Maine Red Claws at this stage of his career, though
he could very well still sign an NBA contract with the

Steve keshi Nigeria ex coach is dead

One of the most iconic captains of the
Nigerian national football team, the
Super Eagles, and former coach of the
team, Stephen Okechukwu Keshi, is
dead, his family has announced.
He was 54.
Emmanuel Ado a brother to the late
coach told PREMIUM TIMES the 54-year-
old died of Cardiac arrest in the early
hours of Wednesday, June 8.
“With thanksgiving to God, the
Ogbuenyi Fredrick Keshi family of Illah
in Oshimili North Local Government
Area of Delta State, announces the
death of Mr. Stephen Okechukwu
Chinedu Keshi,” Mr. Ado said in a
statement.
He continued “Our son, brother,
father, father-in-law, brother-in-law,
has gone to be with his wife of 35
years (Nkem ), Mrs. Kate Keshi, who
passed on on the 9th December 2015.
“Since her death, Keshi has been in
mourning. He came back to Nigeria to
be with her. He had planned to fly
back today Wednesday, before he
suffered a cardiac arrest. He has found
rest.”
Though deeply mourning the shock
exit, Mr. Ado said the family remained
grateful to God for the life spent by the
Big Boss.
Mr. Keshi had lost his wife of 35 years,
Kate, to cancer last December.
Mr Keshi, popularly called the Big Boss, is the only
Nigerian coach to have won the Africa Cup of
Nations.
He also became the second person in history to win
the competition as a player and as a coach after
Mahmoud El-Gohary of Egypt when he led the Super
Eagles to win the tournament in 2013 in
Johannesburg, South Africa.
He rose to national prominence when debuted for
the Super Eagles in 1981 at age 20. The late Central
Defender withdrew from the national team in 1994.
He had 64 caps and scored nine goals.
As coach, he qualified an unlikely Togolese national
team for the 2006 World Cup in Germany but was
sacked and replaced with German Otto Pfister, just
before the tournament.
He however, achieved his dream to manage a team
at the World Cup when he coached the Super Eagles
side to the tournament in 2014.
He is the fifth member of the glorious 1994 Super
Eagles team to die, after Uche Okafor, Thompson
Oliha, Rashidi Yekini and Wilfred Agbonavbare.
He is survived by four children and his mother.

due to unspecified natural causes”, the BBC has
reported, citing his family.
Ali died on Friday night at a hospital in Phoenix,
Arizona. The 74-year-old had been suffering from a
respiratory illness, a condition that was complicated
by Parkinson’s disease.

A 15-year-old came home with a Porsche and his
parents began to yell and scream, “Where did you get
that car?”
He calmly told them, “I bought it today.”
“With what money?!” demanded his parents. “We know
what a Porsche costs.”
“Well,” said the boy, “this one cost me $15.”
The parents began to yell even louder. “Who would
sell a car like that for $15?!” they asked.
“It was the lady up the street,” said the boy. “Don’t
know her name. She saw me ride past on my bike and
asked me if I wanted to buy a Porsche for $15.”
“Oh my goodness,” moaned the mother, “she must be
a child abuser. Who knows what she will do next?
John, you go right up there and see what’s going on.”
So the boy’s father walked up the street to the house
where the lady lived and found her out in the yard
calmly planting flowers. He introduced himself as the
father of the boy to whom she had sold a Porsche for
$15 and demanded to know why she did it.
“Well,” she said, “this morning I got a phone call from
my husband. I thought he was on a business trip, but I
learned from a friend he has run off to Hawaii with his
secretary and really doesn’t intend to come back. He
asked me to sell his new Porsche and send him the
money. So I did.”

Boxing great Muhammad Ali died on Friday at the age
of 74 following a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

A family spokesperson confirmed to Omnisport that
“after a 32-year battle with Parkinson’s disease,
Muhammed Ali has passed away at the age of 74. The
three-time World Heavyweight champion boxer died
this evening.”
Ali’s funeral will take place in his hometown of
Louisville.
The Louisville native was a controversial figure during
his fighting career and a sympathetic one following
his diagnosis.

Considered by many to be the best boxer in history,
Ali proclaimed himself as the “Greatest of all time” in
1964 and the title stuck. Although defeated five times
in his career, he is often referred to as “The Greatest”

Ali, born in 1942 as Cassius Clay, began boxing at the
age of 12. Two years later, he was a golden gloves
novice champion as a light heavyweight. He won the
national golden gloves tournament of champions and
the amateur athletic union’s national title for the
light-heavyweight division at the age of 17.

UK customers officers have collaborated with
Ghanaian security agents to arrest four British men
who had been planning to export £80 million worth of
cocaine to the UK, according to the Ghana Daily Mail.
The arrests were made and a tonne of drugs
impounded after security agents raided a villa in
Accra.
The operation also led to the arrest of a German and
two Ghanaians.
British customs officers are understood to have gotten
information that the men had transported the cocaine
to Ghana and were seeking to export it to UK.
UK customs reportedly gathered intelligence and
planned the operation for six months before executing
it flawlessly.
