Boy get his hands chopped of in Kenya

Boy hands are chopped off in suspected
thievery

A teenage boy has  his hands caught of and almost lost
his life too at the hands of four men who accused him
of stealing a medicinal plant.
Nairobi news reports that the 17-year-old boy, who
hails from Mporoko village in Kenya was attacked by
three men in the same village saying the boy has
stolen ‘miraa’ (medicinal flowering plant).

He sustained a deep cut on his head while both hands
were chopped off at the wrist during the attack and is
currently recuperating at Meru Teaching and Referral
Hospital, Kenya.
Speaking to Nairobi News from his hospital bed, the
victim said he identified the assailants who included
two young men, their father and grandfather.
“I was walking home on a path next to their farm when
one of the men called me. Because I knew them, I
went where they were. They started accusing me of
being a miraa thief. While I was defending myself, one
of them jumped and cut me on the head,” he narrated.

He went on to add that the father of the two men tied
my hands and placed them on a post and the others
chopped off his hands.
The attackers stripped the boy naked and left him for
dead in the middle of the nearby road. They knew the
boy would not be able to go home since it is a taboo
in the village for a circumcised man to walk naked.
“I hid myself in the bush until around 12am when I
walked home. I reached home at around 2am,” the
miracle survivor said.
The victim’s lawyer Kirimi Mbogo said three suspects
identified as Kirema M’Itirikia, M’Itirikia Itirikia and
Stanley Kibundu are in police custody while others are
being sought by police.
He has pledged to get justice for the underage victim
of the senseless act.

times per year, which is once in 4 days. People in
their 40ss get busy only 69 times per year in average.
13 percents of all the married couples have sex only
several times per year. 45 percent get it several times
per months. Only 34 percent of all the couples have
sex 2-3 times per week, and just 7 percent get busy
more than 4 times a week.
These numbers are surprisingly low. It turns out that
all that sex talk and obsession have not impacted the
reality. What happens and why people enjoy intimacy
so rarely?
Well, in many cases men feel like women do not care.
Ladies may be breastfeeding, having postpartum
depression. They get pregnant and carry babies. Or
they get overloaded with the housework, kids,
careers, etc.
Women feel that men become less responsive to them
in bed. Couples get used to each other and being so
busy with things they rarely find time to sit down and
just talk. When there is no closeness of spirit and
heart, sex is doomed to die out.
At this, most people think it’s great to have sex at
least several times a week or at least once a week.
And the good news is that you can do things to

Man with no face

That’s how the man with no face looks
like one year after full face transplant

Patrick Hardison, the so-called man with no face, got
serious burns in 2001 while being on duty and trying
to save a woman from a burning trailer. After the
incident, the firefighter almost lost his eyesight, and
his face turned into a plain, pale mask. Over the past
14 years, he underwent 71 surgeries in order to
remove or hide the injuries caused by fire, but none
was a success.
All these years, Patrick lived with a disfigured face,
with all the consequences that come with it. It is hard
to imagine what he went through. Finally, in 2015, he
got face transplant using tissues of a young man who
died in a motorcycle crash. The mother of the dead
guy agreed to the transplant, and his face parameters
fitted perfectly. However, it took them a year to shape
Patrick’s new look, but eventually, the man managed
to return to a normal life.

That’s what Patrick says: “This operation returned me
my life. A few days ago, me and my family went at
Disneyland, and I swam in the pool with my children.
And I hadn’t done it for 15 years! Now I feel like a
normal person with a family. I can take my children to
school!”
This is the first time in the history of medicine, when
the man ‘s got so much facial tissue transplanted,
although partial transplants are carried out on a
regular basis.
Now, Patrick plans to help other firefighters injured
while trying to save people. Once, he was desperate to
have a new face, but now that the operation was
successful, he’s finally back to normal life and even
can restore his driver’s license. His car is what he
truly missed.
