h Why: President Mahama buys Five
Star Hotel in United Arab Emirates
The Ghana Truth Forum has find out President John
Dramani Mahama owns a 350 room hotel in the United
Arab Emirates, sources from the the Dubai Investment
Corporation indicates that President Mahama paid 40
million Dollars for the JA Jebel Ali Hotel, a 128 Acre
beach Resort built in sand dunned island.
The hotel has spectacular waterfalls , wooden gazebos
and lush gardens, with an inscription in front of the
hotel ALLAH U AKBAR meaning God is great. President
Mahama is using Ghana's monies and resources
especially its petroleum revenue to enrich the United
Arab Emirates which itself is an oil rich country. Our
leaders has failed us and continue to fail us, our
problem is our leaders.
According to Ghana truth forum It is an open secret
that President John Mahama has long coveted owning a
stream of properties in the oil rich Middle East and also
in the far east. He already owns 3 commercial ships in
Japan currently docked in Kobe, a Japanese port. He
has also bought a 6 bedroom house worth 1 million
dollars in Tokyo’s exclusive Setagaya-Ku district.
President Mahama must tell us about the true state of
his wealth, In Ghana the President
has grab a lot of wealth. He has acquired Ghana’s
premier financial powerhouse , the Merchant Bank built
by hardworking Ghanaians, by using Fortiz. President
John Mahama through a secret company registered in
South Africa owns 60% of Fortiz making him the real
owner of the bank. This is a clear and very serious
violation of Ghana’s constitution and which forbids
public officials from acquiring state properties while in
office. This even calls for impeachmen t from our
parliament however they are mute on this. The President
has totally drain our coffers and must fully account for
it.

GHANA’S PRESIDENT MAHAMA VACATIONS IN DUBAI
…so what? Doesn’t the President deserve a break!
Well, here in Ghana it has been hot on the lips of
many a folk…comments from wouldn’t it have been
nice if our president holidayed here in Ghana to
promote Ghanaian tourism to it was a cost saving
decision . Even one commentator joked that Ghana’s
Harmatten had migrated to Dubai!
For me, it makes sense, a lot of sense. First, it might
have been a spur of the moment decision prompted by
the increase in the demands of party opportunists
beseiging the president for handouts. Well, it’s easy
to escape to Dubai and the other United Arab
Emirates. Here’s the answer to Do I need a Visa to
Enter Dubai ? in short:
“Tourists planning to stay in the United Arab Emirates
for 30 days or less may obtain a visitor visa, available
at no fee, at the point of entry.”
Did you know it’s not only presidents who travel on
the spur of the moment to escape lackies, 40%
travellers now decide on destinations within a week of
travelling. It’s called spontaneous travel; and given
modern lifestyles, it is a growing trend and more and
more countries, like the U.A.E. are adapting their visa
policies to cash in on this trend.
And why shouldn’t Ghana’s president visit Dubai? It’s
a popular destination for Ghana’s commercial elite
who make a bee-line to purchase goods for Ghana’s
kiosks, boutiques, stalls….
Let’s just hope President Mahama notes the policy
and thinks, “Hmmmmm, maybe Ghana’s tourism
industry could benefit from SCRAPPING SHORT TERM
TOURIST VISAS TO GHANA.
and then he might think, “better not suggest it…my
idea to convert Castle Osu into a museum didn’t go
anywhere.”
