Police in the Brong-Ahafo region say close to 13
persons have been burnt to death in a fatal accident
at Wenchi on Monday dawn.
The Wenchi police commander, DSP Twum Barima
confirming the development said:
“A Mini Ford bus travelling towards Techiman collided
head-on with an O.A branded bus from Kumasi this
dawn. The bus caught fire and all passengers on
board caught fire and burned beyond recognition,” he
revealed.

Meanwhile, the scene of the accident has been
cordoned off as police begin investigations into the
development.
